Public booking

List the bookings a visitor sees

Public: no bearer token, so it is not an account operation and no agent tool offers it. The rolling week from start_at, as the public booking page shows it, with times in the room time zone. A collection token also takes resource_type and resource_id to pick one of its rooms.
