Get Owner Response

Returns one owner response by its ID, in any moderation status. Any verified owner of the Location can read it, whichever owner wrote it.

A 404 does not tell you whether the response exists. The API returns it for an unknown ID, a member who is not a verified owner, and a Location you are not licensed to access. A review on a different Location, or a response on a different review, returns 400.

Poll a single owner response no more than once a minute. Stop once status is PUBLISHED or REMOVED. If it is still PENDING_MODERATION after 24 hours, stop polling. On 429, back off exponentially.

The listing owner's OAuth access token, sent as a bare JWT. Its sub claim names the member who reads the response. The token must grant the owner-responses:read scope.

The Tripadvisor ID of the owner response. It matches the <code>id</code> returned on submission and by the review read endpoints.

location_idinteger required

The Location the review is about.

owner_response_uidstring required

A second identifier for the owner response. The read and remove endpoints take <code>id</code>, not this one.

publish_tsstring date-time

Date and time when the response was published. Absent until it is.

review_idinteger required

The review this response was submitted for.

status'PENDING_MODERATION' | 'PUBLISHED' | 'REJECTED' | 'REMOVED' required

The moderation status of an owner response.

submit_tsstring date-time required

Date and time, in UTC, when the response was submitted.
