List card comments
Same since contract as MCP list_comments (commentListQuerySchema in lib/schemas/comment.ts validates both). Omit since for the whole thread, oldest first. Pass it (an ISO 8601 datetime carrying a timezone — Z or +02:00 — e.g. a comment's createdAt verbatim) to fetch only comments strictly newer than it — at the millisecond, the precision every response carries, so a cursor equal to a comment's createdAt never returns that comment again — still oldest first.

Query parameters
ISO 8601 datetime WITH a timezone — Z or an extended numeric offset such as +02:00; a zone-less value (2026-09-02T10:00:00) or a bare date is refused with 400. Return only comments created strictly after this instant, oldest first. Omit for the whole thread.
At most this many comments — the newest ones, still oldest first (1–200). With since, the newest N newer than it, not the next N: when more arrived, the older ones in between are skipped, so page forward with since alone.
