Archive a board

Soft archive: archivedAt is set, nothing is deleted. The board leaves GET /api/boards and the brief, keeps its keyPrefix reserved, and stays readable by its explicit members through GET /api/boards/{boardId} (and its lists and cards), by nobody else. Not restorable from the current UI or the API.
