Counter a proposal

Scope: trade. Answer a received proposal with different terms. The original closes as COUNTERED and a new proposal goes to the other side (counter_of = original id). Defaults: you give the listing that was asked for, you ask for the listing that was offered. Something must change: a listing on either side, or a note.
