List Private Chats

The caller's open private chats on this worker, newest first.

Includes the original chat the parent-scoped routes address. Each chat is read and written through its own worker_id via /worker/{worker_id}/events and /worker/{worker_id}/messages. The owner comes from the session, so this cannot list anyone else's chats.
