Stream session status

Stream the current session status using Server-Sent Events. A status event is sent on connect and whenever the status changes. A : keepalive comment is sent every 15 seconds while the session is running. The stream closes after emitting idle, failed, or cancelled; retrieve the final messages with GET /v1/sessions/{session_id}.
