Get journey voucher
Retrieves a PDF voucher for the given journey. If a voucher is not yet available the endpoint will return a status 204. If the voucher is available it will return a status 303 with the Location header pointing to the download location. If the journey is modified a new voucher will be issued - be sure to obtain the new voucher.
