History-Window in Tagen. Tier-Cap: Free 30d, API Pro 365d, API Power 3650d. Über-Cap wird auf Cap geclampt (kein 400).

end_datestring date

Last day of the window (inclusive). Positions the tier-capped window anywhere in the history since 2018-02 — the cap limits window SIZE, not position. Omit for a window ending today.
