Get chart historical series

Time-series { slug, kind, fields, from, to, count, history: [{ date, ...fields }] }. Uniform multi-field payload (see /latest). Daily charts honor days/from/to with tier-staggered range cap; monthly/yearly/projection charts (e.g. monthly-returns, cycle-overlay, yearly-lows) return their full natural window. view selects an alternative alignment where a chart offers one — currently cycle-overlay only: view=halving (one row per cycle and day since halving: cycle, day, multiple of the halving-day close) and view=bear (one row per bear market and day since the cycle high: cycle, day, drawdown_pct). Both return kind=table plus a meta block with the per-cycle summary (peak / trough, days, provisional flag for the open cycle) and the mechanical rule; the open cycle's high is the highest close so far and is NOT a top signal.
