Scan chart and candlestick patterns (beta)

Beta. Runs Tradewink's rule-based detectors over daily closing prices (double top/bottom, head and shoulders, triangle, flag, cup and handle, rounding bottom, wedge) and over the latest OHLC bars (single- and multi-candle patterns), returning each detected pattern with its direction, heuristic confidence and key price levels. Read-only: the scan does not change signal scoring, create signals or place orders, and a detected pattern is not a forecast. Most chart detectors need 30-60 bars, so period defaults to 6mo. Also available as the get_chart_patterns MCP tool.
