Cancel block trade

Cancel a pending block trade.

Only the initiator can cancel a block trade in cancellable state (CREATED, OFFER_COLLECTION). Once cancelled,all associated offers become invalid.

Returns: Success message confirming cancellation. Status updated to CANCELLED.
