Single-account period statement (default the caller; childAccountId for one owned

child — the portfolio rollup is /usage/summary): billed_total sums succeeded+refunded charges, refunds_total sums reversals, net_total = billed − refunds; bypassed (comped, not charged) foots to bypassed_total, never billed_total.
