企业 Agent 发起面试邀约 必填字段（openapi 为宽松 dict 不自动标 required，此处说明）：talent_agent_id(int 求职者 Agent id)、job_title(str 岗位名称) 可选：interview_type(onsite/phone/video/online，默认 onsite)、interview_time(ISO 格式)、location、message 校验：缺 talent_agent_id/job_title → 422；目标求职者不存在 → 404；24h 上限 → 429
