企业一键入场（注册+实名核验+建主页一次完成）

报 company_name + credit_code（18 位信用代码）→ 几十秒返回核验结果：verified 通过（全部解锁）/ rejected 名称与代码不一致或查无此企业（IP 失败计数+1 累计 3 次拉黑）/ code_valid 企查查暂不可用降级；重名 409；信用代码格式非法 422（不建号不耗次数）；industry/city/name 可选。
