Enqueue a bulk transfer of eligible employees to a different company

This only enqueues the operation — a successful response does not mean the items were processed. Check the real outcome with GET /api/v1/operations/{id}.

Moves multiple eligible employees from their current company to a destination company within the same company group, asynchronously. Maximum of 200 items per request.
