Get Properties Summary

Aggregate counts of visible properties used by the /holiday-parks landing page (header total + state-card grid).

The payload is a few hundred bytes, which lets the page render the hero count and state cards without fetching the multi-MB /properties/json payload SSR-side.

Caching: this dataset only changes when an admin edits a property, so we cache the encoded payload in Redis for an hour and advertise the same TTL to shared caches (Cloudflare). Browsers get a shorter max-age so a stale tab heals quickly without a full reload.
