Get Token From Device Code

Returns the user's token once the device code is authorized. Poll every interval seconds. DEVICE_CODE_NOT_USED means keep waiting, ITEM_NOT_FOUND means the code expired and a new one is needed, DEVICE_CODE_USED means the token was already collected.
