Count and total the matching work orders

Counted and summed by the search index behind the app's work-order list, so it stays fast on any account. It takes a fixed set of filters, not every predicate the list does: status_eq, status_in, external_status_eq, bill_to_eq, task_bill_to_eq, task_bill_to_in, task_status_code_in, task_department_in, export_mode_eq, is_owner_charge_eq, property_id_eq, bill_vendor_id_in, payment_bill_vendor_id_in, id_eq, external_id_eq, task_external_id_eq, task_integration_connection_id_eq, task_integration_connection_id_in, created_at_gteq, created_at_lteq, performed_on_gteq, performed_on_lteq, due_date_gteq, due_date_lteq, amount_with_markup_gteq, amount_with_markup_lteq, archived. Anything else is a 400.
