Unarchive the card

As the app's Unarchive. The card is back in default lists and no longer read-only, but it stays closed at the provider: unarchiving never reopens a card. Idempotent: unarchiving a card that isn't archived returns it unchanged. Needs the role's Archive permission for the card type.
