App Store / Google Play download counts (admin)

iOS: first-time downloads from App Store Connect Sales Reports. Android: user installs from the Google Play installs reports in Cloud Storage. Results are cached for 6 hours; pass refresh=true to bypass the cache. Each platform reports configured=false when its credentials are not set, and an error string when its fetch failed.
