Get validator cycles

Cycle min_stake/max_stake are selected validators' true stake bounds. min_stake_limit/max_stake_limit are config17 election limits. When validators are returned, each validator's max_factor is the participant's raw declared factor (65536 = 1.0); the effective factor used to derive stake is min(max_factor, cycle max_stake_factor).

Validator cycle start time

election_idinteger

Elector election id that produced the cycle

stake_holder_addressstring

Stake holder address in any form

adnl_addressstring

ADNL address in hex, base64 or base64url form

validator_pubkeystring

Validator public key in hex, base64 or base64url form

return_validatorsboolean

Return validators in the set. If stake_holder_address, adnl_address or validator_pubkey is specified, returns only matching validators.

start_utimeinteger

Query cycles with cycle_start at or after given timestamp.

end_utimeinteger

Query cycles with cycle_start at or before given timestamp.

limitinteger

Limit number of queried rows. At most 100 when return_validators is true.
