Get Student Number

Requires permissions: NewJoiner or Student

Gets the Mobile Number of the logged in Student, and whether a member of staff has recorded that he has no mobile of his own. The exemption is read-only here: a pupil can neither set nor clear it, because absence of a phone cannot be proved in the app the way possession can.
