Copy a Science week into one or more other weeks

Copies all seven days of one subject's Science Display content from the source week into each target week, day for day (the source Monday lands on the target Monday). Weeks run Monday to Sunday. Done server-side because the client alternative is 7 days x N weeks of round trips.
