Preview a prep timetable import

Reads the timetabler's spreadsheet (headings Subject, Set Code and Day, such as 'A Mon') and reports what importing it into the year would do. Writes nothing. Mode 'Replace' makes the file the year's whole prep timetable; 'Merge' changes only the sets in the file. Repeated rows count once.
