Resolves each person's photo from Microsoft Graph (by email) and renders them to a PDF in-house (QuestPDF), returning the bytes. Used by the 'Export to photo grid' action on the advanced-search results and on a class. The request picks the format (a grid, exam candidate cards, a photo register, name flashcards, or a page per person) and carries the layout the user chose in the export sheet: orientation, photos per row, how the grid sits on the page, whether each group starts a new page, which branded chrome to keep, and whether to drop people Graph had no photo for. Candidate cards print the School's current exam centre number from Exams_Centres.
