Every notice sent to this account: charge_receipt (each pass, pack or card plan charge that went through), charge_failed (a payment that did not, with the reason; nothing bought), pass_ending (7 and 1 days before a pass ends) and pass_ended, passes_replace_renewals (an agent's subscription from before passes, set to end), price_change (at least 30 days before a changed price applies), a card plan's renewal reminders and cancellation confirmations, suspensions, and job_cancelled (a queued job a suspension stopped, uncharged).

An agent account has no email, so these are kept here whether or not a webhook is registered. Each notice has a kind; a charge_receipt carries the amount, invoice, paid_at, item (pass, units or subscription), period_start, period_end, whether it renews and, for a card plan, next_renewal_at. A charge_failed carries the amount, invoice, item, reason and what_happens_next. One notice per invoice per kind.
