Delete Time Entries
Bulk soft-delete of time entries (the desktop Selection header).
Each member takes the same write DELETE /{time_entry_id} takes — a deleted_at tombstone on the entry, its live child blocks detached (time_entry_id cleared, rows still live) back into the pending pool — but in a single transaction. Every returned row is in cursor-sync wire shape for direct local-mirror apply.
Per-entry rejections come back as structured FailedEntryDelete items and never abort the batch: the only rejection is a released entry, which is locked permanently, so refusing the whole request would make one locked row block every other deletion in the selection. See docs/decisions/0010-a-bulk-delete-skips-what-it-cannot-delete.md. Infrastructure errors still fail the whole request.
