List webhook deliveries

Requires a workspace Management Token (mt-...), created at Dashboard > API > Management Tokens. Send Authorization: Bearer mt-.... Inference API keys (sk-...) and webhook signing secrets (whsec_...) are not accepted. Only the token workspace is accessible. Returns cumulative attempts and latest outcome per event and endpoint. A previously confirmed delivery remains delivered even if a duplicate fails. History contains no payloads or signing secrets; no manual replay operation is provided.
