Get cost-basis lot timestamp bounds

Deprecated. Use the portfolio-transaction-period filter-options provider, which reports one activity period covering transactions and journal entries. Returns the oldest and newest cost-basis lot ledger timestamps for a portfolio without loading ledger rows.
