Preview a project or setup template without importing it.

Curated templates support anonymous access and use a valid data:read actor when available. Any UT_ ID requires data:read and the saved template's existing visibility permissions. Raw date strings are supported only for project templates.

Resolve date strings to concrete dates. Set to false to preserve raw due, deadline and absolute-reminder date strings when editing a project template.
