Rewards

Get the authenticated user's Discord link state

Community rewards are Discord roles, owned and granted by the teeny Discord service (guild.tinyhumans.ai). This returns whether the account is linked to Discord, whether that account is in the server, and the guild dashboard URL where the roles live.
