Credits

The caller's credit ledger, newest first

Every entry on the caller's spendable balances (promotional, subscription and paid top-up) and every payment they made, from the double-entry LedgerEntry that is the source of truth for credits. Comes with the window's totals and the live balances, so a statement can be drawn from one call. Paged by cursor; entries are append-only so a page is stable while new ones land at the top.
