GET api/integration/v1/financial-reports/unbilled-time/export/csv CSV export of the unbilled time report. Mirrors UnbilledTimeController.ExportCsv() — same request, same GenerateCsv call (IUnbilledTimeExportService.GenerateCsv(data, includeTimeEntries)). Additionally requires: PlanFeature.Exports.
