The per-ticker route exists for the editor, which is looking at one company. A view over all of them asking which theses are actually testable would otherwise make one request per thesis, and the answer it wants -- how many carry an invalidation criterion -- is precisely the thing that is invisible when the only way to see it is opening each company in turn.
