thesis commands

Propose Thesis Revision

Compare user-authored wording with one exact saved thesis version.

This endpoint has no save, approval, telemetry, provider, model or transcript dependency. It returns the existing immutable snapshot plus a deterministic diff. Existing Company/theme immutable-version recorders remain the versioning authority.
