Suggest Shared Thesis Links

Suggest companies to review for a theme; never infer an investment conclusion.

Companies found in TickerTrac's retained filings come first, each with the exact passage and filing that surfaced it (see theme_company_suggestions). Tracked companies follow, ranked locally by overlap with the investor's own context. Neither makes a model or provider call. Direction remains uncertain until the user reviews it, and an untracked suggestion must be tracked before it can be linked.
