Return complete latest-alert and current Company-thesis state per ticker.

latest is an all-history aggregate and therefore cannot be projected from a feed page. Pressure is narrower: only alerts evaluated against the current Company thesis, observed after its latest revision, can change that thesis's state. Price Move and Call Drift parents are unjudged, but a relevant private Company-thesis child is a real verdict and enters through an explicit projection. Investment-theme children were judged against different reasoning and remain outside Company-thesis pressure.

uncertain is intentionally not a pressure badge. It records abstention. When the same current thesis also has strengthened evidence, the positive judgment must remain visible instead of being suppressed by an abstention row.
