Escalate Agent Thread

Email the configured support address on the user's behalf — ported as-is from app/api/routers/assistant.py:escalate_to_support (plain endpoint, deliberately not a tool, see that function's docstring). Available to any persona (unlike the ADK version's brand-only gate), consistent with this router's broader-by-design persona handling.
