Connected Clients

Per-client-family connection status, evidence-backed only.

Returns one row per Connect-screen client id (chatgpt, claude, codex, claude-code). status is "connected" only on real invocation evidence within the staleness window, "stale" when evidence exists but is older than the window (rendered as "last seen X" by the frontend), and "not_yet" when no evidence exists at all.
