Post Test Capture

Synthesize + ingest a 2-turn session for the caller.

Used by the Send Test Capture button on the Connected Integrations card to prove the full ingest -> chat -> extraction pipeline without needing a real Claude Code session running. Returns the new chat's id so the UI can navigate straight to its detail page.
