Reprocess Imprint

Re-run extraction for an imprint whose last episode failed.

Separates upload from processing: the document text is already stored, so a retry only re-opens a fresh extraction episode for the worker — it never re-uploads. Owner-gated. Safe to call on a failed/dead_letter imprint (the intended use) and idempotent while one is still pending/extracting.
