Set Approval

Set or clear an explicit approval decision for a (consuming_identity, artifact) pair.

state='pending' means DELETE the existing row (revert to trust_mode default). Otherwise UPSERT the artifact_approvals row with the given state.

Authorization (any of):

  • Caller is an active admin of the folder.
  • Caller is a human owner of the consuming identity.
  • Caller IS the consuming identity (human identities only -- agents cannot self-approve).
