List Folder Items Route

One page of a folder's contents across every kind, folders first.

kind (repeatable) narrows to those kinds, q matches names and document tags (case-insensitive), tag (repeatable) keeps only documents carrying every given tag, include_subfolders widens to the folder's whole subtree you can open. sort (repeatable, most significant first) is field or field:asc|desc over name, type, modified, size and tags. total counts every match, not just this page; pass next_cursor back as cursor for the next page.
