List Direct Conversations

List one section of a connection's relationship panel.

scope=direct (the default) is the canonical direct chat and its active topics, unchanged from before TOS-3461. scope=rooms is the rooms both identities sit in; scope=archived is this relationship's archived history. Each scope pages independently through its own offset.
