List Conversation Containers

List the caller's top-level conversation containers.

Reuses the inbox chat-list query (bounded, pinned-first, N+1-safe), so the kinds conversation_types.hidden_from_list marks are already excluded; agent-run chats the caller takes part in are included (TOS-7749). The X-Next-Cursor response header carries the next page token.
