Slack Install Callback

Slack's OAuth redirect after the Allow click.

No session auth: Slack's redirect carries no thinqOS identity, so the signed state (presence id + installing identity + expiry) is the authentication, the same role the state row plays in api/github_app_integration.py's callback. Every outcome is a redirect back to the agent's publish screen with a slack= marker.
