List Agent Files

List the caller's own files vaulted in this agent's private file vault.

Subject-scoped to the CALLER: returns only files vaulted under the caller's own identity, never another owner's, even when the caller is a co-owner of the agent. Each entry is metadata only - content hash, file name, MIME type, size in bytes, retention policy, and source provenance (e.g. the originating mailbox message) - never the file's raw bytes. Requires the caller to be an active owner of the agent.

Keyset-paginated (TOS-3280): without cursor returns the most recently vaulted files first; pass the previous response's next_cursor to load older ones. 400 on a malformed cursor.
