Batch geocode — up to 50 addresses in one call

Geocode multiple addresses in one request with structured per-row results (per-row errors never fail the batch). Costs 1 quota unit per call — the same debit the MCP batch_geocode tool applies. Alias of POST /v1/batch (the canonical documented path) — retained for compatibility; not deprecated.

Addresses to geocode, in order (1–50 per batch). Empty rows are echoed back as per-row empty_address errors rather than failing the batch.
