Ask the same Day Question on every day

Write the same Day Question onto every live day of the signup as that day's own, or clear it everywhere with question: null. Cancelled days are skipped. Returns how many days were written. Notifies nobody. On a repeating schedule, prefer the schedule's default (PUT /signups/{id}/slot_series/{seriesId}/day_question), which also reaches dates added later.
